How It Works
A step-by-step guide for a secure and easy transaction experience, for both buyers and sellers.
For Sellers
1. Create a Ticket
After agreeing on a price, sign up or log in. Click "New Ticket" from the main menu and fill in the item details, price, and select a convenient partner drop-off location.
2. Share with Buyer
You'll receive a unique Claim Ticket with a QR code and a public link. Copy the link and details and send it to your buyer through your marketplace chat.
3. Drop Off Item
Take your item to the chosen partner location. They will scan your QR code and securely store the item for the buyer.
4. Get Paid
Once the buyer picks up the item, we'll process your payment. You'll receive an Interac e-Transfer to the email you provided. It's that simple!
For Buyers
1. Receive the Link
The seller will send you a public link to the Classifii claim ticket. This link contains all the transaction details.
2. Subscribe for Updates
On the public ticket page, you can optionally subscribe to receive email or SMS notifications about the transaction status.
3. Wait for Drop-off
You'll be notified when the seller has dropped off the item at the secure partner location.
4. Pick Up Your Item
Go to the partner location, present the QR code from the public ticket link, and pay for your item if it's what you were expecting. No meeting the seller, no obligation, no hassle.
